I grew up here in Minnesota and enjoy spending time with my husband and teenage sons.  In my spare time you can find me cheering my kids on in theiractivities, reading, playing board games, and doing Pilates.

Talking with someone in a caring and compassionate atmosphere along with using a strength based and systemic approach can help you develop self-awareness, recognize patterns, and learn communication skills to enhance your relationships.  I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, kids and adolescents navigate through life’s journey.

Illness is never convenient and compounds the stress of everyday life.  As a Registered Nurse, I have witnessed how a medical diagnosis impacts not only the patient but also the entire family.   I have a unique background well suited to address these complex situations.
