PERSONAL:

Originally from California, I spent most of my childhood in Virginia, and moved to Minnesota after college. An East Coaster at heart, I have grown to love the active lifestyle and natural beauty of Minnesota. My husband and I and our Mini Goldendoodle love finding new trails and searching for the best ice cream & coffee in the state. I love baking, hosting friends, and finding ways to laugh & bring out my inner child. 

PROFESSIONAL:

I am a 2020 graduate with my Master’s in Counseling, and am thrilled to be able to work with clients of all ages at LIFE. I approach the therapeutic relationship with warmth and I believe in a holistic approach to care. I especially love being able to hear clients’ stories, think outside of the box, and find creative ways to explore the path to healing. With a background in career coaching, I also enjoy helping clients who are wrestling with finding purpose and direction and helping them discover what they are passionate about.
