Personal:

I moved to Minnesota in 2001 from Racine, Wisconsin and have been here ever since. I have been married since 2007 and have two girls (born in 2010 and 2014). I enjoy being active through sport, exercise, and fishing. I am also a huge nerd and love reading both fiction and non-fiction. I love learning and teaching, and find people endlessly fascinating.

Before pursuing my Master's in Psychology and Counseling I worked with college students from 2006-2020. In those 14 years I had the privilege to develop a variety of counseling skills related to helping individuals, as well as couples, pursue their goals for growth, healing, and conflict resolution. I am passionate about walking alongside others in the midst of life's struggles.
